Beachfront vacation rentals in Novelda

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spectacular, as if you were at home... It has everything and with all the amenities, everything is very clean and organized, the sofa seems small, but when the bed is opened is huge! and what to say about the terrace and the views... incredible. Alba is the girl who was attentive at all times to us, a wonder to talk to her. In short, really everything spectacular, a shame not to have found this apartment before with the one we have been to Benidorm and if we come back, we will definitely contact them!

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, with new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we had a great time!!! The beach is a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

Could not say enough positive things about Antic Rooms. So many extras - the most comfortable couch, pillows and beds, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner (not a given so far!). But more than any of that - the views, a pristine beach, playgrounds - everything needed for a great trip. We will most certainly ask Joan to stay again! Thank you Joan for such a fantastic stay.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Very friendly and uncomplicated handover of the apartment. Such a great view of the sea and we were already happy to use the balcony in March. In a storm, the windows rattle. There was a construction site in the stairwell, but it did not disturb at all. (3/2025) The apartment is nicely renovated ( except for the bathroom ) and clean. Everything is available.

We spent three particularly pleasant weeks in this beautiful property located in a paradisiacal and very peaceful private estate, enjoying an exceptional location with a superb view of the sea as well as the very beautiful and comfortable gardens, glimpsed daily by a charming staff. Also, the property enjoys a great location near a nice walk to the nearby center. When we arrived, we were greeted by Antonio who was very friendly, and always available when we needed him afterwards. In conclusion, we are looking for a negative point at this rental that bears its name perfectly, but we can't find one. Everything was absolutely perfect, and it's rare enough not to be reported. So we only have one wish, go back as soon as possible, while hoping that after reading our reviews, it is not too often booked...!

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Myself and my Girlfriend booked this apartment for a work trip and it was perfect. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very stylish as well as stocked full of all the amenities you need to feel at home! German was an amazing host. The check in process was super easy and he was great recommending local restaurants etc. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Stian is a great host, always attentive to our questions, resolving them superfast. Everything was perfect, the house was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from Cabo Roig beach, La Zenia beach and shopping centers. Thank you very much! 🙏

Frank's place was amazing, me and my friends had a great time and loved the place. Beautiful beautiful place 😍 The place has great views, walking distance to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We had no problems at all while staying at Frank's place. Frank was always responsive & had great communication. I will definitely book Frank's place again in the future.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. It’s close to the beach, and also has a tram stop very close by. Alicante is only a few stops away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

The location is perfect. The villa has a direct view to the see. There is everything needed in the kitchen and also everything you might need.

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Nice and cozy apartment less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Very well equipped, quiet area with free parking. Tewfik was very available and gave us all the information we needed. Super price. Highly recommended.
