Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

NEW information: We have swimming pool in 2018. Our house is situated in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, just outside the little town of Novigrad. The whole area of this north Dalmatian town is suitable for hiking thanks to the vicinity of the gorgeous mountain of Velebit. If you want see location where are the filmed movie Winnetou my place is the best choice for you. You need 20 min by car, or 30 min by boat to river Zrmanja and mountain Velebit.
