Vacation rentals with an accessible-height bed in Nueva Andalucía

Janine’s apartment is very comfortable and has all the facilities needed. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower is good. Ideally situated for exploring beautiful Estepona. Lovely outlook from the balcony to the shrubs and palm trees and CalleTerraza. Good for sitting with a coffee or sundowner, people watching. Though it rained most day’s it didn’t stop us enjoying all the charming places to view. Recommend first stop in Plaza de la Floras pick up an information leaflet from Information bureau called charming places to view. Fabulous!

we had a very pleasant stay in David's place last week. The apartment has everything you need and very comfortable. Great satellite TV with all our favourite English TV stations. Close to some bars and restaurants. There is a Lidl only a few 100 meters down the road, and David even provided a shopping trolley on wheels. What more could you ask for. I would have no hesitation in recommending David's place, a very good choice.

From the start Andres was proactive always helpful and responded almost straight away . The apartment was absolutely perfectly located for all you would want ,close to bars restaurants bus station train station and the beach . Inside there was an array of kitchen and plates saucepans glasses etc . I have stayed in quite a few Airbnb’s and can’t honestly say this is probably the best equipped for anything you would need . Thanks Andres you gave us a great location /apartment for us to have a fantastic holiday in Fuengirola .

The apartment is characterized by its very central location. It is located on the 2nd floor of a clean, tidy house. The balcony and the bedroom are facing away from the street, therefore very quiet, and from the balcony you can look out on a garden with palm trees. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host Marco responded to our requests immediately and had two single duvets brought to us instead of one large one. Thanks for that. Overall, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The city of Estepona with its old town is always worth a trip anyway. It is also worth mentioning that there is a parking space in the underground parking lot, which was very pleasant given the parking situation there.

The place is very correct, small but just for a family of 3 or 2 people. Direct access to the sea and good pools, tidy and clean. We had an issue with the air settings and he responded quickly. Marbella and Fuengirola just a 20-minute drive. Cons: Boring area, there is no promenade and the offer of restaurants is very scarce, there are no ice cream shops nearby, you have to take the car or take a 20min walk to reach a chiringuito with more affordable prices. The nearby beaches are all rocky, the one in front of the accommodation and the closest on the right have a lot of algae and danger from hedgehogs, on the left there is a beach with sand and some more recommended rock but there was algae so there was some smell. If you want sandy beach you have to take the car and go to Cabopino.

We will stay again .. was lovely, peaceful and welcoming.

Accommodation needs care, but works. Surroundings are good, pools and the ocean fantastic. We had a good stay there.

Rosa’s apartment is in the heart of all bars & restaurants, it can be loud in the evenings, but I liked this! People watching over the balcony to the left & looking to the right a sea view, great! The whole apartment was far bigger than I thought and can easily fit 3 people and with enough space to hang and store clothes. The apartment has everything and more that you need to stay in, all listed on the amenities. The spare ‘put-up-bed’ in the living room, if needed, is really comfortable and all three of my guests that slept in it each week said how comfortable it was. The double bed in the bedroom, which I slept in was also very comfortable. I stayed for 5 weeks and found it perfect, the beach, shops, bars & restaurants all within a minutes walk. The bookcase is a great idea and added bonus of travel maps of the surrounding areas to visit. Rosa communicated well with me and gave me great advice on local transport which is cheap and within 10 minutes walk. Rosa was a star 🤗

Rita and her husband were the most lovely and generous hosts. I truly felt like I was at home. They were very helpful and accommodating as I arrived at an early time and needed to store my things when I left. Fantastic space, great facilities, lovely people! A superb place and well worth the visit!

We had a great time. Check-in was a great time. Josephin is very kind and responsive and was available upon arrival. Communication was a really simple one. The residence is very pleasant and secure. The green spaces are sublime and the 2 pools are great. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. We are a couple with 2 children and we have not missed anything. There's even a cot and highchair. Also beach games for the little ones. The living room is spacious. The terrace is very nice. No complaints about the two bedrooms. You have air conditioning, wifi, and washing machine. There are also 2 deckchairs to enjoy the edge of the pool. We highly recommend the apartment which is ideally located, very close to the beach and many restaurants and shops including the supermarket 3 minutes walk. The day of our departure Josephin was accommodating and allowed us to leave our suitcases on site for the time of cleaning, allowing us to walk around without our luggage while waiting for our flight. Thanks for everything!

Nice place in a calm neighborhood, place was as described. Communication takes place trough another site, which was not a problme, but good to know.

I have to say that I exceed our expectations. I send us very detailed information on how to get there, plans, phones, keys, etc. The dream apartment, everything is very clean, the upper floor was like having another apartment upstairs since it was very large and had its own terrace. The kitchen had everything we loved: bottle of water in the fridge, coffee capsules for the coffee maker that also has, tablets for the dishwasher, soaps, laundry products, a TV box in the living room( something that I have never been put in an apartment, but that I love since I give it a lot of use )..... , we are going it was very , very complete. The place is beautiful, with its 2 pools and one of them is of little depth and very affordable entrance for the elderly , which I thanked for the family members who accompanied me. It is a very quiet place, and the best of all and above all, is that I was able to bring my furry ones , who enjoyed the nice thing on the roads that are very close to the area as well of a river where they bathed. The owner was very communicative and resolved, I gave him a comment for some towels and at all, I call myself a person to take care of me personally and offer me what I needed. If next year she keeps renting it , we will definitely come back since we loved it.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful location. Communication with Ian and Marc was outstanding. Apartment was equipped with all required amenities for a 4 night stay (coffee, towels etc). Would definitely stay here again, thank you guys!
