Independent cottage of character of 39 m2 on 2 levels, very quiet, overlooking the garden. Main Floor: -Living room with TV, electric relaxing sofa - equipped kitchen: induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle (coffee and tea provided for the stay), - private terrace with garden furniture (from April to October). Floor: sleeping area with quality bedding (140*200), mosquito net; bathroom with bathtub / toilet.

Looking for a cozy nest out of the ordinary, perfect for 2 people and a little piece. (Possible 3rd person on extra bed) Brazey is the perfect spot between Dijon & Beaune and if you want to play in Dijon without bothering with parking and parking, no stress! Ideally located between Dijon and Beaune, it is the perfect base for exploring the famous Route des Grands Crus. I'm happy to show you the treasures of the region: the prestigious Clos de Vougeot, the Abbey of Cîteaux, the unmissable Hospices de Beaune .....

The Epicureans

Vacation home on "the Grands Crus route", with family or friends in an epicurean setting. A peaceful place to discover and explore the Beaune region and its surroundings. The place has everything to make the most of your stay in Côte d'Or among the 11 Vignerons in a cozy & bright place. Terrace facing 100% south. The house is independent with private access on the street/parking side, the garden side faces the guest house.
