Villa vacation rentals in Nuoro

Everything was ok with the accomodation and the communication we had with Piero. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. House is spacious and the kids can run around in the garden. Weather was not ideal, but that's nobody's fault - we did the best we could and enjoy the Sardinian island. It is true that the season is a bot off starting with mid october so not too much buzz around. We recommend also to go around and visit Bosa, Alghero, Cala Gonone, Posada (in the near by). We did not like Dorgali that much.

Very nice bungalow, perfect for 4 people! Outdoor kitchen and shower are fantastic for hot summer days. Several nice beaches are reachable in less than 10min by car.

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!

The house, even if just minutes from the most beautiful beaches, is in a very quiet and quiet area and internal to the street. We appreciated the quality of the furnishings and accessories, the organization of the indoor and outdoor spaces in particular the patio with the large stone table and wrought iron chairs and the care of the lawn and trees definitely entrusted to an experienced gardener. A special applause for Claire's availability to manage communication before and during the stay.

Antonio's house is very well maintained, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms, two large terraces and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the Oddoene Valley. At the same time, it is just a stone's throw from Dorgali, so supermarkets, bars, shops and the city center are in close proximity. But you don't hear anything from the city traffic. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Even better than the house was the host: We had a minor medical emergency right at the beginning of our stay, and Antonio was immediately there and took care of everything, organized a doctor's appointment, drove us back and forth and inquired about us several times afterwards. A super-superhost! :) We will be happy to come back and highly recommend Villa Isportana.

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

We had a great holiday at Alessandro's. The tennis court, the beautiful garden and especially the patio were much appreciated, the fans in the bedrooms too! A nice red cat kept us company the whole stay. The small town of La Caletta nearby is very welcoming. We recommend a stopover at the agriturismo Sa Tanca and boron for a meal.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

The villa was great and Antonello a very nice host! The villa is situated in a kind of a little private oasis in the middle of San Teodoro! It had everything that we needed: Antonello made sure we had some cheese, salsicca and bread as well as coffee and all the kitchen equipment you need (also toilet paper, towels, fresh sheets etc.). The pool was very clean and also there was a robot we put in all the time to keep it clean! Also there was a lot of gear like bikes, swim rings and so on available to us. 5/5 can only recommend!

The villa was perfect, we were traveling as a large family with 7 adults and 5 children and the villa had everything we needed. The host was communicative prior to our trip and responded to our queries in a timely manner. Once at the villa if we had any question they were responsive, and dealt with any questions we had. The villa was a quick drive to the closest town and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend this villa to anyone trying to get an authentic experience in Sardinia. Thanks.

Pina is a warm, open and communicative person who responded immediately and was there to help and advise us. We felt welcome from the first moment, not least when she personally welcomed us with a delicious dessert. The house is a dream, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation. Her husband was at the house a few times to clean the pool, but this was inconspicuous every time so it couldn't bother us, although this wasn't the case anyway. Thanks Pina

The house is big and well furnished. You can find everything you need for your stay. It is a pitty that there is no garden and you see just scrubby bilding from the terrace. But you can reach the beach by foot and restaurants in Posada as well. The car can be parked directly on front of the house. We spent very nice vacation here. Thanks.

Nicola has a beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. There is ample living space. Each room has AC, walking distance to a nice beach, and Nicola was an attentive host. He would assist us with any questions we may have. I highly recommend their place!

The villa is delicious! In a quiet location and perfect for touring Arbatax and the surrounding area. Equipped with every comfort and everything you need for a relaxing stay. With attention to detail, the garden is the veranda is a real gem! Antonio was very kind and gave us a beautiful welcome and useful tips so that our weekend worked perfectly! We'll definitely be back!!

Very nice house with a terrific garden in a nice and peaceful area. Close though to excellent beaches and golf as well as San Teodoro where you find plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and other things you might need. Barbara is a great hostess providing excellent recommendations and assistance should you bump in to any challenges. All in all we had a great stay and this certainly a place we could recommend to others.

Our stay here was wondeful - such a beautiful location, peaceful and private in a rural area but a very short drive to Orosei. It suited us really well and we spent many a night on the veranda eating and drinking local produce. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, it was spotless. Not only that but it was really well equipped with everything we needed for a self-catered holiday - it was like a home from home. The dipping pool is lovely and refreshing, and the surrounding grounds are fun to explore. loved the peacocks too! Thank you Luca! ❤️

We had an amazing holiday at Silvia’s house! We could check in very easily and flexible and the communication with Silvia was very helpful, quickly and always friendly! She gave us a lot of tips for must-sees as the most beautiful beaches or gave us a hint for a music festival at Budoni. The place itself is very beautiful, perfectly clean and welcoming! I have to outline the really big equipment of the kitchen which I never had before in an holiday home. We even found a stock of pasta, coffee, wine or oil that we could use at our arrival (and replaced afterwards) - which was so nice after a long flight. The pool was also amazing. It is good to know that there is no wifi 🛜 at home - but in fact it was nice to enjoy a digital detox during our stay. I can only recommend and we will definitely come back for our next holiday on Sardegna!
