Monthly Rentals in Nye County

This was my second time staying at the casita for over a month to work remotely. Maricel is friendly and always responsive to any questions or issues. The location is great, 20 mins from the strip and the airport, and 30 mins from Red Rock Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and private. The casita itself is the perfect size for one person and is well-equipped for longer stays. The only thing that I wish was better is the quality of internet access - I got a wifi download speed of about 20 mbps and there were multiple outages during my stay, and I wasn’t able to get AT&T cell data signal in the casita.

What a unique and lovely stay! I was passing through Goldfield on a road trip and Tim’s airbnb was perfect. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler here and was able to walk to dinner as well as explore the town easily from where I was staying. It was roomy and spacious, had quiet neighbors and a super comfy bed! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Goldfield.

Accommodations were extremely comfortable for our month-long stay and the hosts were quite responsive. Walking distance to shopping, wonderful park, library. Convenient to the city and surrounds, after learning the ‘spaghetti bowl’ of converging freeways.

We rented two of Michael's houses in Goldfield for a work-related project for about 6 weeks. Fantastic houses outfitted fully with more than you typically get in an Airbnb. Super hosts that responses very quickly and has local persons that could respond in minutes if required. If you are fortunate to rent there, stay for more than a night, take in the area and you will not be disappointed!
