This lovely house is within walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Surfshack with fireplace near Toröstenstrand!

In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!
