We stayed at home for a few days. It was really nice. The place was very central and super connected. Everything was clean and with the parking space behind the house you didn't have to worry about where to park your car. We will be happy to come back.

Accommodation with Jacek was perfect, located in a quiet area next to the entrance to the spa park. We appreciate the opportunity to come with a pet, self check-in, a private parking space, and a garden by the apartment. Everything was clean, modern, and there was nothing missing in the apartment. The place is a starting point for exploring the mountains. There's nothing to worry about, the beds are very comfortable, everything is fresh, the contact is seamless, all the instructions are clear and on the spot. Quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, Lower Silesia has its own "something". Highly recommended:)

Beautiful surroundings, literally next to the Wilczka waterfall, a short walk to Śnieżnik and 30 minutes to Kłodzko. An apartment decorated with attention to detail and at no cost. Balcony above the river, mega atmospheric place.

Wonderful location. Very nice inside and spacious. Short distance to many locations in town. If you need it, there is a small market a short walk away but everything else is only about a 5-10 minute drive.

It was perfect stay in superb nature. The best equiped kitchen we ever met. Jacek even provided a place to store our bikes and also toys for our children. Thank you!

A very cozy cottage in an incredibly charming neighborhood. Peace, quiet, immediate proximity to the forest, hiking trails, and the little-known parts of the Golden/Rychlebski Mountains. Beautiful sky at night not confused by the light of a lighthouse. Perfect if someone is looking for a break from civilization with it at your fingertips (Lądek 10min away by car or less than an hour through the forest) Host very communicative, kind, and helpful. Access to a barbecue and a wood-burning fireplace is also a big plus. Well-maintained and clutter-free. However, if for some reason someone would focus on intensive use of the internet during their stay here, it is worth knowing that the gsm is residual or not at all, and the internet connection is at a moderate speed (e.g. playing a hd video on only one device at a time). I sincerely recommend the place and the host. My friends and I will be happy to come back here again.

We had a wonderful week with 8 friends in the super nice, spacious house. Everything went smoothly from the start. The communication and recommendations of the hosts were great. We got fresh wood for the fireplace and sauna every day. We felt absolutely comfortable in the house and the surroundings. Thank you for the relaxing vacation.

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Poland so far! There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and the apartment is perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. The host was very responsive, helpful, and even accepted special requests for arrival.

Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The apartment is fully equipped and modernly furnished. Outside, there is a beautiful seating area in a quiet location. The attractions (Sky Walk, Sky Bridge) are within 30 minutes walking distance.

We stayed here 4 and I must say as our first Airbnb place it was absolutely great. A cozy apartment with everything you need. The host always responded quickly and clearly, clearly and without any problems and answered any question. A big plus also for the ski storage room. The apartment maintains a lot of humidity, but there is also a dehumidifier, and if there is sufficient ventilation, it is not a problem at all.
