The central location in the middle of Germany is well suited for transit; it's 10 minutes to the A7/A5. There are many cycling and hiking trails in the area. The Sassen/Richthof cohabitation is about 7 minutes away by car. Grocery stores in Schlitz or Niederaula can be reached in 10 minutes.

Our estate with our animals: sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, cats and our dog Elli is only 5 km from the A7 / Malsfeld exit and yet in an absolutely secluded location in the middle of a nature reserve. You can use and explore our 20,000 m² property. Not far from our farm you will find a unique vantage point. Here with us, the hare and the fox say good night. There is also a trampoline/slide/sandbox/table tennis table…
