4-room apartment on Resthof

Your apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap that delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (a total of 3 beds). Next to it the main bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and large sink, all bright tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic fitted wardrobe. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen-living room with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, comfortably. A generous „collection surium“ of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hifi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (beastly loud and with rich bass). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is also at your disposal. And if you are not attracted to music and television, we also have a few board games available (chessboard, etc.) The cosy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the back and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep, or you don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are also available in the laundry room on the ground floor. You can also „air dry" your laundry in the laundry room. Table, chairs and barbecue are available on the terrace and invite you to relax in the evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) Since this is a dead end, we hardly have any car traffic here either! Location ====================== Your apartment is far from any hustle and bustle. Right behind the house begins the forest that you can explore for yourself. Whether on foot, on horseback, on bike. In the morning you are awakened by the birds. Or the cows. If you like, you can still drive to all Ruhr metropolises (Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) within a maximum of 60 minutes by car and have access to the world there. For example, you can go exploring via the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8km). The regional train will take you to Dortmund Central Station. From Marineheide (approx. 18km) another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train station. Activities ==================== In addition to exploring the forest, you can also enjoy a number of activities for bad weather days. The nearby Lüdenscheid (approx. 19km) has all the shopping, sports and cultural facilities your heart desires. People == ======================= Your apartment is suitable for - families with children, - handicapped accessible (since completely ground floor), - business travellers, - friends of nature, - Riders with horses as open stables and pastures can be used, - but also for longer stays. Detailed description ====================== Your home is located 500m from the nearest neighbor and right on the forest, which invites you to stroll/hike/mountain biking/horseback riding/jogging, etc. 600m from the house is a bus stop that connects you with the outside world. A barbecue is available in the garden at your leisure.

Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In the heart of Kürten, in a quiet side street you will find our small oasis of well-being, directly surrounded by nature conservation and hiking areas. Equipped with underfloor heating and cooling and a ventilation system, the 20 sqm apartment offers you a full living room with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a sleeping area that not only functions as a room divider, but also offers storage space for your clothes.

The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 more guests. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

Bright, beautiful apartment in Gummersbach. Features a double bedroom (approx. 1.50 wide) for 2 people, a large living room with a couch and a sofa bed for 2 people. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. NO kitchen, but dishes, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave with grill. Free parking, by arrangement on the property or in front of it.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
