The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Comfortable fully equipped approx. 64 sqm new apartment (06/2019) in the middle of the World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley for 2 persons (max. 4 persons), with own access, parking space and bicycle parking spaces, directly on the Rheinburgenweg, train station and ferry in Niederheimbach (900m) easily accessible, ideal for hikes on both sides of the Rhine, per night 100 - 125 €, for two persons, each additional person 50 €. Not suitable for children under six to 8 years.

The apartment has a unique panoramic location in the middle of the Lorch vineyards. The vineyard situation is not called "Lorchhäuser Seligmacher" by accident. The comfortable apartment for up to 4 people has a magnificent view of the Rhine and castle landscape of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. We are passionate winemakers after work and are always available for questions about viticulture and tips for their leisure activities. The Rheinsteig and the train are not far away.

Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

You have excellent opportunities for hiking, enjoying and lingering, strolling in Bacharach on the banks of the Poesie or hiking extensively around Medenscheid.

You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
