You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 m² on our lovingly renovated three-sided courtyard. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are just a 30-minute drive from the city centre of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren- Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havelland cycle path crosses our village.

Our guest house is located right next to the nature reserve, on the southern edge of Oranienburg, not far from lakes and attractions. By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. Extra bed possible. A terrace with seating is not provided.

The apartment has an open living and dining area with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The European long-distance hiking trail E10 can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. Linum (cranes) is only 9 km away. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the nearest train station and then reach Berlin within 20 minutes.

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residence of the former mill. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used for the production of flour and animal feed until 1994. Today there are artists' studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building Our holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
