Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The sofa in the living room can be pulled out as a bed with a mattress, so that a third person or children can be accommodated. Bad Brückenau is beautifully located and offers excellent hiking opportunities in the Rhön. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Hiking in summer and skiing in winter - four different ski slopes are between 25 and 40 minutes away by car.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
