The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. The art centre is located near the Autobahn between the city of Mainz and Kaiserslautern, just 20 minutes off the Autobahn. The art centre is in the middle of a small village next to the church.
