Hiking trails are right in front of the apartment, for example, they will lead to the Waldbach waterfall. Stay on the Way of Saint James you can enjoy the view of Lake Constance, Zurich crisis or the Säntis. In 25 minutes you can reach the Säntis or the seven Churfirsten as well as Thurwasser Falls by car. There is space for your car as well as bicycles.

The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Spacious self-contained apartment in the attic of a former farmhouse. Located between Lake Ammersee, Lake Starnberg, Lake Wörthsee, Lake Pilsensee and Lake Weßling, in the middle of the 5-lake region. In the house is also the apartment of the landlords and an office. Parking is available in front of the house on the street. By car, it is just under 5 minutes to the nearest bakery / supermarket. Note: We have a dog.
