At about 75 square meters you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 open kitchen, 1 huge partly covered terrace, a single garage and finally a private parking space on the property. You have your own home entrance and a lot of privacy. Individual check-in possible. The property is completely fenced and the residential area raised and safe. Clean towels, sheets + blankets are allways there.

Die Einliegerwohnung ist direkt bei uns im Einfamilienhaus und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Sie ist hell und durch den geölten Holzboden sehr charmant. Wer sich über einen Blick in den Garten, das Herumschleichen der Katze, das Gackern von 3 Hühnern sowie das Plätschern im Pool genauso freut wie wir, dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Wir als Familie, mit 3 älteren Kids, freuen uns auf freundliche Begegnungen und möchten Euch den Aufenthalt in Heilbronn angenehm gestalten.

The bright and spacious attic apartment has a very large living room with access to a private balcony. The self catering property has been lovingly restored, combining historical features with bright and modern new kitchen (fully equipped) and new bathroom with shower, has free wireless broadband, parking and a little private garden.

Attic apartment

In this cozy attic apartment you will spend a great time. The apartment is more suitable for little people, as the door frames are between 180 and 190 cm high. It has a 160 wide comfortable bed, a small kitchen with oven and a shower with toilet and sink for yourself. In the living room with TV, there is a sofa bed in case you don't want to sleep a couple since and in separate rooms.
