Vacation rentals in Obsidian

Melinda’s attention to detail is exceptional. The kitchen is well appointed- and labeled! Our running joke is how long it takes you to find the cutting board (and if there even is one)- so the organized pantry was really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens. There are beautiful robes, plush towels and the bidet was a treat. The home was spotless. It is a short walk to the River Run lift and plenty of parking. Very quiet at night.

Host was very welcoming and informative. The house was clean and just as described. Felt like home and our family really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to trails and parks. Great for families.

We were 2 families of 8 people, 4 kids and 4 teenagers. House was exactly as advertised in a very nice area of Ketchum conveniently located near town and Sun Valley ski resort. Chris was a very responsive host and provided exact restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay there again

Perfect space for our trip. It wasn’t fancy but Dave’s place had everything we needed. Clean and convenient. Easy walk to downtown. Although it was a little further than some people might think was okay, we walked to River Run base everyday. They do have a bus stop nearby, but walking was fine for us. One of my favorite features was the water pressure in the shower, it was great! We would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Sun Valley

Beautiful place. Great for myself and extended family. Location is perfect - 5 to 10 from skiing and from downtown Ketchum. Kitchen and open space living area was perfect for family get together.

This home is the perfect, quiet getaway! The way the subdivision is situated, you truly feel like you’re alone in the woods. The creek trickling below with the chirping birds- I could’ve sat on the back porch all day! The inside was just perfect and so beautifully decorated. The space worked great for our women’s church weekend. Our entire party was able to sleep peacefully, as well as share meals and gatherings together comfortably. The hot tub and proximity to the local hot springs pool were a great bonus! Would love to come back in the summertime! Brent was flexible, very quick to respond and lovely to work with. I’d recommend Brent and this gorgeous home to anyone!

we had a hornet issue that the host responded quickly to my only issue is that we were 5 adult women and one bedroom was actually a loft in the 4th bedroom so not an option for ladies in their 70s who use facilities regularly after bedtime ..
