Stay at our brand new barn suite located on our family farm and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach (just 8 miles away) and cook on the grill and relax on the private deck overlooking the bamboo and pond. Plenty of room inside with a large living room/ full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a custom tile shower. Our modern and cozy barn suite is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

Wi-fi and smart TVs. The outdoor shower is perfect for your return trip from the beach. The Hosts have been hosting another vacation property for over 15 years with great reviews. Conveniently located near the beaches, bays, activities, & dining. We now have window blinds in all bedrooms and Living Room.

Completely remodeled beach home with brand new furnishings in Ocean Pines. Open concept living on main level with beautiful well-equipped kitchen, seating for 10 total at island/dining table and a relaxing living room. Off the hallway is the king bedroom and separate full bathroom with bathtub. Spacious mud/laundry room with beach chairs, umbrella and wagon available for use. Open loft area upstairs with arcade game, lounging area, 2 additional bedrooms and full bath with stand-up shower.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY.

Close to Bethany Beach (6-10 minute ride) away from the noise of traffic & beach crowds. Within easy walking/biking distance of James Farm ecological park & beach. Community bay access is steps from the house. Beach chairs, towels, surfboards, boogie boards are available. 2 adults and 2 children max capacity

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
