The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. THE TURQUOISE HOUSE WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

The Turquoise house has two floors. Below is a bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. In the garden surrounded by trees is the barbecue. The water is from the well, the electric light and the jug gas. It can be accessed by car as it is on the last road tradable by spa vehicle. Then walking about 200 meters along the dunes you reach the sea.

Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea.
