The neighborhood is a quiet mix of rentals and full-time residents with beach, pool, and tennis court just steps away. Constructed in 2022, the home was built intentionally with guests in mind. Our goal is to maintain a space that's immaculately clean, clutter-free, and comfortable for a carefree getaway.

Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an inquiry & I will open those days for a booking!

Queen bed, 32” Roku TV in bedroom, loveseat & bistro table for 2, 24” Roku TV in living room/kitchen. Full size stack Whirlpool washer/dryer. WiFi. Pool pass in summer. Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).

Fall asleep to the surf in this newly updated, tastefully furnished home with stunning views on four sides. The open-plan top floor has a chef's kitchen, wrap-around deck, and working gas fireplace overlooking the sea. Main suite and a two-room bedroom open onto second floor deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom with own bath is a floor below. Beach chairs and toys. Outdoor shower. Gas grill. Great wifi. Access nearby pool in summer and tennis and Pickleball year-round.

Enjoy some time on Hatteras Island in the village of Avon, NC in the famous Outer Banks of North Carolina. You will stay in an Ocean Front (Beachfront) Condo with beach access within walking distance and a residents-only, refreshing pool. Beach Baby is exquisitely decorated and maintained with an open floor plan, including a fully-stocked kitchen, dining table and family room with a 60" tv and soundbar. A stacking washer/dryer allows you to keep your clothes and beach towels fresh!

A 1st floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo- spacious living area (cathedral ceiling), kitchen, bedroom w/King bed, TV, whirlpool tub/shower, vanity sink & washer/dryer closet. Separate lavatory with toilet & pedestal sink. Shared outdoor pool, pool house w/sauna & shower (all open April 1st to mid October only). Screened fish-cleaning station on Silver Lake! This is a lock-out unit to Juniper 2B that can be rented separately. Internet installed but there are frequent outages.

Isle Be Back Coastal Cottage

Isle Be Back coastal cottage is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with an indoor pool that is heated at no extra charge. Home is newly renovated with new bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor shower, and living room furniture. It's sitting on 2 acres including a tidal pond that connects to Slash Creek and on into the Pamlico Sound. Great for kayaks and paddleboards. Home is 2 minutes to beach and close to restaurants, ferry dock, stores, and marinas. Watch beautiful sunsets from the deck.
