Boat in its own small lake is included and child-friendly swimming area can be reached in 10 minutes.

Welcome to Fagerhults village in southern Östergötland! Karins is one of our cottages in this well-preserved 19th-century environment where we have sheep, goats and chickens. Karins has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, large living room and nice bedrooms. In the courtyard, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. WOOD-FIRED SAUNA, dock, row boat and kayaks by the lake! FISHING here and in nearby lakes, fishing license is required. Rented for weeks, weekends or days. Welcome to rent our cozy cottage in Grönhult, close to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's World 23 km away and the summer town of Västervik 35 km away. The cottage is located on a gravel road, with the forest as its closest neighbour. A nice, child-friendly swimming area is five minutes away by car. Two bedrooms. Bathroom with shower (50-litre water heater). No sewer, so there is an incineration toilet. The kitchen has a stove, a half-size fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is an outdoor barbecue. For outdoor games, there is a dartboard, bocce and kubb.

Just over 15 minutes outside Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby and about 30 minutes from the coastal town of Västervik you will find this place with its own garden and beach (shared with host). The view of the lake creates the conditions for lovely nature experiences - all year round! In winter time, lovely bonfires and in summer the lake cools! With a canoe (included), you can experience Kalmar County's largest lake with only the sound of the paddles heard, and you'll have the opportunity to see protected animals, from white-tailed eagles to otters.

If you are in shape, you will enjoy the beautiful walk or the short bike ride to the lake, where you have access to a private swimming area with boat & fishing. The forest also invites you to beautiful walks.

Cottage in Djursdala - Bullebo

Stay at a charming little horse farm that offers a unique and scenic environment with its own garden. Located 15 minutes outside Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. Here is a newly renovated red little cottage with an annex, which together can accommodate up to six people. A short walk leads to a lake perfect for evening swimming, there is also a child-friendly swimming area with diving tower that is about five minutes away by car in Lake Juttern. Outside the junction is the Sevedeleden trail, which takes you to the Djursdalarunda.

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

Our summer cottage is located in the middle of Smålands nature near the small community of Locknevi, 27km from Vimmerby. The property is located on a very quiet rural road from where you can take wonderful bike tours and hikes in our picture book landscape. The next lake with a beach is 5 km away and the Baltic Sea is easy to reach by car. Excursions: e.g. Astrid Lindgren's birthplace, Astrid Lindgren's world, many film locations and Västervik on the archipelago
