Cozy summerhouse on large and quiet grounds - only 50 meters from the sea. The cottage is only a 5-minute drive from Odden ferry port and an hour's drive from Copenhagen. The cottage has two lovely bedrooms with five beds in total. In addition, it is possible to list two beds in the living room or use the sofa bed. The house is in lovely Yderby Lyng, where you take a good walk from coast to coast. Only 10 minutes walk from delicious TiR bakery and 10 minutes drive to the harbor town with cafes and shopping.

Lovely cottage, large plot with open front yard and enclosed backyard. Ideal for families with children. Includes 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 sofa beds. Sleeps 2 in the annex. Well-functioning kitchen and a bathroom. Smart TV with possibility to log in to own streaming profile, wood-burning stove and AC system. In the enclosed backyard there is a playhouse, fire place, large terrace with spa (from Apr-Oct) and in the front yard there is plenty of opportunity for ball games on the large lawn.

Her er prioriteret det enkle afslappende liv, her er græs, buske og krat, hindbær, brombær, blommer, æbler, egern, fugle og ro... vandløbet rundt om grunden giver en god afstand til naboerne. Her er kunst på væggene, mange brætspil, lego og stor trampolin i baghaven, som alternativ til strandturen og roturene i sit-on-top kajakkerne i de lune sommeraftner.

Let’s keep it our little secret... ;-) We’ve had spot since 2005. The current house, built in 2019, is a cozy retreat in every season – perfect for both sunny summer days and quiet winter escapes.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Skønt sommerhus kun 1 times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset ligger i 2. Række til Lammefjorden. Huset er bygget i 2023 med en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til fjorden. Huset ligger i et lille sommerhusområde, hvor der er masser af ro og mulighed for at slappe af i smukke omgivelser på landet. Udover sommerhuset er der et pænt anneks, hvor der er plads til to-tre overnattende gæster, udover de fire sovepladser der er i huset.

Original and unique historical cottage from 1926 located in the middle of the Unesco area of Geopark Odsherred overlooking the sea and forest and yet only a few hundred meters from the ice cream shop, bakery and grocery store. The house is ideal for the nature lover, who values quality, historical charm and a unique location within walking distance to the sea, the forest, the area of the Mountains, Veddinge Bakker and the small fine town of Ordrup.

Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 people. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood stove. There is a ping-pong table, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 goes almost right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.
