RV vacation rentals in Ohio River

Friendly and responsive, kind and generous. Atmosphere was very peaceful and dinner and dessert were provided! You must purchase her goat soaps, scrubs and body butters! We will absolutely stay again. Lovely couple.

We wanted to do something unique & different for our anniversary & this did NOT disappoint. From the “main” road you can see the 3 red cabooses up on the hill & our hearts smiled. They recently had storms & we could see where the flood waters deteriorated the sides of the driveway but it was still wide enough for us to pass another small vehicle if needed. Office Check in was a breeze and took less than five mins before we were standing in our getaway train(caboose) which is on a real track! We were the only ones staying this weekend but if others were present, there was plenty of room. Our furbabies throughly enjoyed having a large field in front of the cabooses to run in. The views from the swings were breathtaking especially during the sunsets. Once Inside, we enjoyed the comforts of home (except for a stove). The hotness of the water & the relaxing hot tub added to our experience. Some things were dated but that is to come with the territory. We hope to visit again in the fall.

Not enough words to explain what a great time we had in Nashville—and staying in Sean’s cool and cozy studio made it even better! The location is perfect—walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. Sean is an amazing host and just a genuinely cool guy—my husband especially enjoyed their chats. The Music City E-Bikes tour was such a fun and unique way to see Nashville from a different perspective. Thanks for everything, Sean! We’ll definitely be back and would love to stay with you again soon.

Beautiful location, place as described. Jacuzzi was great. Lots of hot water. Good water pressure, good shower. Bed was comfortable. Donnie was helpful and responsive.

I enjoyed my stay. The hosts were nice, and the space was perfect for what I needed. Would stay there again if traveling to Indianapolis.

We were looking for a quiet place to relax and disconnect for the weekend and this was absolutely it! It rained most of our trip but listening to the rain from in the caboose and watching the entire inside light up from lightening was amazing. The caboose was very clean, and intentionally prepared for us. It was well put together with the special touch of some champagne glasses, a flower vase with a heart in it for our anniversary which I shared with them prior to our arrival. They also had dog treats laid out for our dog. They were very communicative about the possibility of other dogs being on the property as well. The property was also very well maintained, and the maps laid out the hiking trails, many of them leaving right from the cabooses. Although I would not arrive at night as driving to the cabooses in the dark was difficult.

Kieth was a amazing host. Everything was as described. It was a peaceful, quiet place. Normal occasional traffic sounds but nothing terrible. Would highly recommend booking with Kieth.

My finance and I took a short get away and had a wonderful time. The RV was so clean and hosts were very helpful and friendly. Peaceful and a great place relax.

My family and I had a terrific stay here! Lots to do, very clean RV with comfy beds and linens, everything we needed, nice A/C unit you can control the temp on, lots of firewood provided, and an awesome patio and fire pit area. Kids loved making s’mores on the fire. Tv is on an adjustable stand so that was a nice bonus too. Would definitely come back again in the future and stay for longer than 1 night next time.

Nichole is a great host everything was in order and very convenient.She checked with us to make sure everything was good.We are going back soon and really excited.We have used Airbnb at several different locations and our accommodations with her were excellent.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this peaceful getaway. The camper was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The area is close to the highway, but still feels very secluded and private. Jared was an amazing host, offering suggestions for local activities, along with extremely high level of communication and transparency, will definitely be going back!

Aaron was kind and accessible. The RV was very comfortable and clean. Im coming back soon!

my husband and I loved Shawnas place, the camper was so.cozy, surrounded by beautiful countryside and very peaceful, we could see farm animals, hear the rooster, frogs etc. we loved sitting by the fire with the camper lit up and the string lights outside. slept very well. it's close to some of our favorite hikes. Shawna and Brandon were very responsive and kind. we'll be back!!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love the peaceful surroundings yet close to Miami U so we can visit our daughter. We were able to grill burgers and sit out at the picnic table. There’s a pond you can borrow kayaks to paddle around. A path you walk back through fields on the property. Bed was comfortable and perfect for my husband and I to stay. Michele was a great host and very responsive to anything we needed. We will likely stay here again!

I had the worst luck on this trip with a few things going wrong, John was so responsive and helpful. Above and beyond helpful and I appreciate his kindness so much. The rest of my stay turned a corner and I had the best time ever with the good and bad. I recommend this little bus to anyone it was an adventure!

Perfect place to get away. You can't see or hear the outside world aside from the cows while at the bus. Lots of trails nearby. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Bus and bathhouse were clean. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I can not say enough good things about Stephanie or the farm! We have come several years and it is always our favorite vacation! There is so much to do on the farm. Fishing in the river, hiking, reading on the porch listening to the river, playgrounds everywhere for the kids. Just the best place to visit!

Repeat visit, just as wonderful the second time as it was the first time. Beautiful area and view, lots to do, fire pit and kayaking. We had a blast camping here for our daughter's birthday!! Definitely recommend the stay, we will certainly be coming back again.

A unique stay with a beautiful view. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Cozy camper. The beds were so comfortable. Has a tub/shower and toilet. Camper was stocked with what you might need. I would highly recommend for a family of 4 or less. Host was friendly and responds quickly!

Micki’s little oasis was so comfy, peaceful, & exactly like the description. We got in kind of late, it was pretty dark so we missed the turn to the bus, but Micki was up and responded right away to help us! We highly recommend this place & air BnB. If you want to have a chill, laid back getaway, this is the spot! The Skoolie has such a charm to it. Only thing I didn’t like were the horse/deer flies swarming outside. Obviously they don’t have much control over the pests outside.

Wonderful stay!

Loved our stay on the ranch. Walked around and hung out with the horses and donkey and it was beautiful. We loved Oscar the cat too.
