On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living area with a rocking chair and a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rock bathroom with a rain shower.

Diese sehr modern und hochwertig ausgestattete Gästewohnung liegt im Zentrum des OT Dietzhausen der Stadt Suhl mit Stellplatz am Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Haseltalradweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Das Freibad ist ca. 300m entfernt. Die Ski- und Wandergebiete im Thüringer Wald (Oberhof mit internationalen Wettkampfstätten, Downhill mit Lift und Schmiedefeld) sind mit dem PKW in 20- 30 min. und auch mit öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

The enclosed property with its 200-year-old oaks invites you to linger with a fire pit, Thüros grill and seating. In summer and winter, numerous activities are possible in the surrounding area: dinosaur trail, gondola pond, swimming pool, spa park with a wonderful ice cream shop and playground...

Ein reservierter Stellplatz gehört zur Wohnung, weitere Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus. Auch Hunde sind willkommen. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

With a successful combination of rustic ambiance and modern comfort, we offer you the perfect place to relax for restful days and nights. The apartment is located in Georgenthal/OT Herrenhof and was recently converted and renovated. There is a kitchen-diner, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
