Clean and moden house, have a lot of space for 10 people, we will definately recommand this house next time.

Book Sherry’s place, you won’t be disappointed! The house is lovely, extremely well furnished with everything you could possibly need - lots of beach towels, pots and pans, etc. On top of that there is a golf cart for getting around the community, 2 paddle boards and a number of floaties. We played volleyball and swam at the beach, paddle boarded and generally had a great time. It’s a lovely safe community and our kids enjoyed heading out in the evenings around the resort. Community pool, hot tub and gym were nice and just a short walk from the house. We were two families totalling 10 people and there was still lots of space for us all. Highly recommended.

We loved our Stay at Amberly's place as part of our wedding. Amberly even was so kind to leave a note and a small gift for us. The place is gorgeous and was exactly what we needed for a family getaway. The place is located just a few minutes walk or golfcart ride from the beach and pool. Amberly responded quickly to any messages and we always felt well taken care of. We would stay anytime again with Amberly.

Stayed a few times here. Loved it the green space is perfect for kids and the home is cozy with everything you need. Dealing with Robin was easy and quick we loved it here

We stayed at Angela’s in the Cottages in Osoyoos for 7 days with 6 people (me and my wife, our two elementary school aged kids, and my parents). A few notes for those considering booking: - We had plenty of space for 6 people. - The location of the cottage is excellent - about a 2 min walk to the pool or to the beach. Having perviously stayed in one of the cottages further up the hill, we appreciated the close proximity to both of these. - Mattresses were comfortable. - Dining table was in the sun room which was pretty warm even at night with windows open (no AC in that room) - Beach was never too crowded. - Lots of wineries within a 10-15 min drive. Platinum Bench Estate Winery & Artisan Bread Co. is a hidden gem with amazing fresh baked Breads and solid wines (get there before 11am to ensure everything is still available). Lunch at Phantom Creek is highly recommended too. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and we would be happy to stay there again in the future.

This is our second (and most definitely not last) stay at Christa & Mike’s place. We have found our new annual place. I would highly recommend to anyone. Communication has always been very prompt and friendly. We are kept in the know of any events happening in the community. If I could rate this place higher I would! The best hosts I’ve had by far!

My wife and I had a great time up here, this place had everything we needed and more. I can’t stress how amazing the fully stocked kitchen was. It was like being at home so super convenient if you’re cooking lots. From utensils to spices it had everything. Also shout out to the ice cube trays! Tons of ice and the trays were the big boys! They don’t make em like they used to! Naomi the host was super responsive and helpful. The scenery out back was so special. Loved having a few cocktails around the fire each night. 10/10 would book again.

Check in was simple and the accommodations exceeded expectations. The name "Modern Rustic" is perfect! The rustic cottage feel starts with a charming covered porch. Inside you are greeted by a soaring timber A-frame with central fireplace and large wood stove. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. The loft in this section was spacious and comfortable. Behind the rustic cottage is a completely modern addition to the house. The flooring makes the transition feel seamless, but the back half of this place is stunning. Clean and modern, with spacious areas and bright windows and doors. The bathrooms have luxurious fixtures, glass showers and heated floors. It was just dreamy! We made use of the washer and dryer and outdoor hot tub which was steps from the door and surrounded but mature trees. Loved it! Sheila was quick to respond to any inquiries we made. This air bnb checked all our boxes and made our ski trip perfect! Book it.

Amazing views , worth every penny, 30 mins to town or big white. Road was alittle rough in a few spots and bring propane to use the bbq. I will return lake was frozen for first day and then we were fishing day 2. Had a huge fire and got some quality time with the family.

Great complex, community pools and hot tubs, sandy beach, boat slips available for rent. House was nice, cold AC, private backyard, BBQ works well. Host was wry nice, responsive and accommodating. Overall a great stay, queen beds were comfortable but the roll out single beds are only suitable for children I would say.

As always, great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic hosts, great location, easily walkable to downtown Summerland restaurants and grocery shopping. The garden house was perfect, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living and bedroom, lots of space for the two of us and our dog. Outside we loved sitting on the patio set enjoying the lovely view of the garden. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osoyoos! The house is spacious, clean, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The amenities were fantastic, and the space was well-thought-out—minimal clutter but still warm and inviting. It truly felt like a retreat, and we appreciated the attention to detail that made it so comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway!

A beautiful cottage set in an orchard with wonderful views of the lake. We had breakfast and dinner on the deck sitting in the sun watching the quails scoot around on the grass. Greg gave us two complimentary jars of honey from His hives which tasted unbelievably good. At night the stars seem extra bright here. During the day we enjoyed riding our bikes on the nearby Kettle Valley Trail. Greg is a wonderful host - we highly recommend.

Beautiful home, view and location. Quick drive to Kelowna and lots of stores and amenities within a 5 min drive. Lots of room and great layout for our stay. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely beautiful cabin, with amazing sunsets. The welcome treats were delicious!! We highly recommended pre-ordering the breakfast basket. Homemade sourdough bread, farm fresh eggs and bacon. Thank you for the memorable stay. We will be back Travis and Jaydeen Musselman

The cottage was the perfect place for our family to call home for a couple months this winter. The house itself is beautiful, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was ample with supplies and provided us with everything we needed to cook lots of family dinners. The bathrooms and bedrooms are huge and we all had plenty of space. We were warm and cosy on cold days but also lucky enough to experience some warmer weather too. The location is great, a short 15 minute drive to downtown Osoyoos and ideal for exploring the Okanagan Valley. We appreciated the security of a gated community too. John was a great and responsive host- he answered any questions we had and was accommodating to our needs.

We had a really nice stay at Barbi’s place. She was friendly, responsive and helpful and even left delicious local bread and jam for us when we arrived. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot - definitely recommend staying here!

A bunch of friends looking for a great place as a base for a week's cycling. We've ridden a lot in the BC interior and stayed at quite a variety of places. John's place is super well equipped and in an excellent location. Although we had very few issues, John was very responsive and helpful when we needed. Hard to think of a better home to base out of in the Osoyoos area.

We just stayed and the Black Pearl and I highly recommended it! The suites are clean and updated, with a cozy eclectic feel. Annalise was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions. This hidden gem is right by the lake and all amenities! A short drive to wine country too. We will be back!
