Luxury Villa Julian has 200 m² of living space, divided into a ground floor, a first floor, and a rooftop terrace. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one half-bath, comfortably accommodating up to nine people.The ground floor is designed as a resting area and consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (one of the beds can be separated into two single beds). One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All bedrooms offer a sea view and have direct access to the outdoor area with the pool.The first floor is designed as a lounge area, featuring a spacious open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a half-bath.A staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a dining table and a grill for preparing meals while admiring the sea view.The outdoor area features a private heated pool (30 m²) surrounded by sun loungers, where guests can relax during hot summer days. The apartment is situated in the top floor of a house located in a beautiful and very peaceful part of island Čiovo,only 10 meters from the sea with private beach.Image of shower,sun beds,sun umbrellas for guests only.Possible to tie up the boat in front of the beach. The advantages are that it owns the private beach in front of the house with sun beds and sunshades,children playground, big terrace (50m2) with a beautiful open sea view,parking place and garage are right in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. It contains: two bedrooms, two bathroom ,apartment has a SMART TV in the living room and LCD TV in the bedrooms, a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, fireplace and is equipped with several air conditioning, Internet access (WIFI) and satellite televisions.Back of the house there is a large barbecue table and chairs and a playground for children. Two large and very comfortable rooms, air-conditioned and providing private bathroom each. One of them even jacuzzi hot tab. Comfortable living room facing terrace and sea view. Kitchen same facing living room and extraordinary living room. Huge terrace with terrace sofa for 6 guests. Guest restroom provided for extra comfort.
