L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . Welcome to this heavenly oasis, haven of peace and serenity, large 300 m3 organic pool, cleaned and swimming from 06/06 to 22/09 pontoon waterfall, exotic plants, new comfortable studio air conditioning, WiFi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, Italian style shower 300 m2 plot, sunbathing, barbecue, plan, night lighting without opposite (soap not provided) cleaning, sheets and towels provided. Dog accepted 10 euros. Numerous hiking trails from the rental.

Cozy Tiny House, quiet, under the oaks

Come and stay alone, as a couple (or with family) in this atypical accommodation. This Tiny House, made of wood, was custom designed, decorated and furnished by me. Located under a beautiful oak tree, it will be the perfect base for discovering the region, or simply relaxing in a quiet corner of greenery. It has all the comforts in a minimalist version: equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, real toilet, mezzanine bedrooms, air conditioning, TV, private garden...

This spacious and comfortable accommodation is perfect for relaxing and enjoying one of the most beautiful villages in France. The apartment also has a charming riverside garden located 50 m walk from the accommodation. Breakfast can be taken directly at the Ecole hotel (located 100m away) and you can also enjoy the facilities (swimming pool, petanque court and billiards) of the Ecole hotel. The garden and the hotel are not accessible from 1/10 until 1/05.

Beautiful country house, in the heart of nature

Come and get some fresh air, breathe in nature, and visit the high cantons of Hérault! My place is 3 km from the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agoût. Close to lakes (Raviege, St Peyres, Laouzas, Vesole), in the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, hiking trails. 1-2 hours drive: the Millau Viaduct, Albi, the city of Carcassonne, reach the Mediterranean, the Canal du Midi, the Sidobre etc.
