Uptown 2nd floor apt by oldest jail walk to town!

This unit is one of three apts in a house that has been in my family for 40 years! If you love character of old houses and all that comes with that , (new ac window units) this is your place! This unit is on the second floor, it is located a block from the old Jail which is a starting point of the sightseeing Tours... and less than a 15 min walk to the fort! Also ,would be lovely if you would remove your shoes as the lovely Piter patter of your shoes are easily heard downstairs.
