Monthly Rentals in Old Naples

Just returned from a beautiful 4 days in Naples staying at Andrew's place. Cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Everything was exceptional. First, the location is nestled a half a block from the heart of 5th Ave. South. We had rented a car, but could have easily walked to any of the best restaurants in Naples. The beach was a few blocks away and we enjoyed miles of beach walks each day. 5th Ave South was alive with music and activities, but once we were back in the condo it was quiet and peaceful. Andrew has provided all required gear for the week. From beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels etc. so you are never wondering if you need anything for the days activities. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately so there was no lag waiting for responses. Add to that a private parking spot next to the condo and there was really nothing more we could have asked for. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Naples.

We enjoyed the condo-it was clean and centrally located. I also appreciate that the unit had beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler. It’s a bit pricey considering we were at the end of the season but you are paying for a central location and ability to walk to the beach.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Pam's condo. Pam was very accessible and responsive. The condo itself was well appointed for a long stay and the property grounds, pool and spa area were very relaxing. The location is exceptional with an easy walk to downtown and a moderate walk to a beautiful, groomed beach. For anyone unfamiliar with Naples, it's a jewel of a town with some of the most beautiful neighborhoods you will ever see. I highly recommend it!

3rd time visiting! Great location - 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue in Olde Naples. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, CVS - 10 min walk down the street, and Wynn's market - 15 min walk. There are bicycles and washer/dryers to use free of charge. Linens and paper products are included as well as dish soap/sponges. Beach chairs/umbrellas are available as well. Dan is an excellent host. This place is perfect in every way. We look forward to returning again soon!
