We had a wonderful time at Peter’s place! It was clean, comfortable and the view of the lake is gorgeous. We very much appreciate it being dog friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Such a lovely and peaceful home. The upstairs loft felt like sleeping in a treehouse. So many thoughtful touches throughout the entire house. The kitchen was well equipped with great appliances and supplies. Truly one of the best equipped and comfortable air bnbs we have ever stayed in. We did not use the hot tub but we really loved the whole outdoor space and the amount of windows which we opened on the warm day. Such a wonderful way to have all the comforts of home with the best part of being in nature. We even saw wild turkeys run through the property several times. We cannot wait to come back!

Hospitality hospitality hospitality! They truly made every effort to make our stay perfection. Small details were noted throughout our entire stay that highlighted their want to make every stay perfect. We also very much appreciated their attentiveness and response time leading up to our stay as well as a perfect description of everything we could want to know about the workings of the cabin. We would definitely recommend these hosts and will visit again soon!

We had a really nice stay in this cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold evenings very much and also the gaming room is very nice. You should not get bored here ;-) The beds were good and we slept well. The front view is really nice and when the weather is nice the outdoor space must be great!

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time. Very clean and easy to navigate everything in the home. And there was plenty of amenities and places to help relax and enjoy ourselves while we stayed.

Great location, peaceful retreat, and awesome view from the living room

I thought it looked too much like a motel with cabins too close to each other, but my husband chose it. Turned out the proximity of other cabins wasn't an issue at all. The place is surrounded by trees, there's a beautiful lake a 2-minute walk away. Plenty of parking. It looked much smaller in the fotos than it felt inside. I didn't like the bunkbeds, but they turned out to be great. We had the choice to sleep together or apart. I would have liked one small comfortable chair for reading and a clipon lamp or 2 for better light for reading in bed or at the table, & we couldn't figure out the TV. But these are suggestions, not complaints. We were very happy. Staff were very friendly. Wish we'd checked out the restaurant on premises. Next time!

I had a very relaxing long weekend, just what I needed for a private getaway alone. The home was cozy and comfortable, everything I needed was easy to find. I traveled alone so I would have been a bit more comfortable if there had been curtains or blinds in the main living area, however, they were in all the bedrooms. Privacy at night is just important to me. The location was very private and felt away from the world, the furniture was very comfortable which I find important on a VK anywhere. The host was extremely responsive also extremely. important.

Deborah is the perfect host . She is very responsive, proactive in her messaging and makes you feel right at home before you are even at her amazing cabin. This is the second time I have stayed here and it is incredible! Their property is so peaceful and beautiful. The cabin is spotless, dust free & the furnishings and rustic decorations are perfect. Check-in is very easy/self check-in. There are easy to understand and helpful directions and places to go, see and restaurants in the area are in a book. Everything about the experience of staying here and Deborah as your host is top-notch. Highly highly recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at Frye Island and would love to return sometime soon. We had a very comfortable stay with five adults and had everything we needed. Christina is a top tier communicator and we felt very prepared for everything the island had in store for us.

Staying at Braden's camp cabin was great! We enjoyed using the indoor wood-burning fireplace and sitting out on the porch. It was colder this weekend than we anticipated, but the heating worked well in the bunk house and we were able to stay cozy. Would recommend staying here for a simple, no-frills kind of experience.

This place was absolutely lovely, quiet, peaceful, and cozy. It’s not a sterile, mass produced airbnb; rather, it’s full of personal touches and family heirlooms.

Host’s were extremely friendly and accommodating. You have your own private dock to fish from or swim. Kayaks were available and such a treat on the beautiful pond. Close proximity to Portland made for a nice night out. Will book again.

Tammy’s place was the most perfect getaway! This cute cottage was a great spot for our honeymoon. It was secluded and quiet with a private dock to the lake. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to enjoy a little bit of everything. We got to take the boat onto the water and just relax in the sun. We used the fully stocked and prepared kitchen to cook many meals that we enjoyed on the closed deck. Tammy was kind and helpful from the moment we booked. This was a steal, I highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway if you’re looking for somewhere nice and peaceful.

This home is just that - a welcoming place that makes everyone feel comfortable. The views are beautiful and the outdoor space is so much fun for everyone with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We had some rain - but that was okay thanks to the indoor gaming area! We hope to return and spend warmer days here as well! Thank you for sharing your family home with us!

We had a wonderful vacation at Carey’s cabin in Maine during the winter. It had gorgeous views to enjoy while relaxing or cooking in the kitchen. The cabin had all the amenities we needed and more! It had snowed the day before we arrived and the drive way was cleared off and everything was prepared for our arrival. Carey was easy to communicate with which made arrangements easier. We had a great winter getaway.

We had a great family vacation. This is a really nice cabin with its own sandy beach in a great location. When you are at the lake you feel that you are away from it all, but it’s just a short drive to shopping, Dunkin/Starbucks etc. Fishing became the highlight for our kids. They fished both from the kayaks and from the peer and caught many perch and a number of small mouth bass. The lake is very swimmable too. The cabin was very clean and had everything needed for our family of five. Also recommend nearby Planet Fitness if you want to work out. They have day passes.
