Bright and Relaxed Self-Contained Apartment on Penny Lane

Gaze down on the famous tree-lined Penny Lane whilst browsing the many books, games, and DVDs provided in this period home. Locally-sourced art is available for purchase, and there are various Beatles nods and playful yellow accents. Our standard set up is for 4 people and 2 beds. Should you require any additional beds, we can provide these for an additional one-off charge of £25. We can provide one complimentary travel cot bed on request. The apartment is above our studio, and has been refurbished to a high standard. It has it's own self-contained rear access. The two well appointed bedrooms on the upper floor have good quality double beds and wardrobe storage. Bedroom 1 has an additional sofa bed. There are two bathrooms on the same level - one with a bath and overhead shower, the second with a large shower. The spacious and bright living room has a large double sofa bed for larger groups or for those wanting an additional bedroom. Hotel quality linen and towels are supplied. Our kitchen/diner is spacious enough for everyone to congregate and eat together and is well equipped for self catering. There is a small supermarket situated below stocking all the staples and a rivalled range of craft beers. We are family-friendly and understand travelling with children - we have a highchair and travel cot at your disposal, and are happy to chat through any specific requirements. The entrance lobby is large enough to store a folded pram. There are two flights of stairs within the property, with a handrail to one side of each. Free wi-fi and complementary snacks provided. There is a TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs and books, and Netflix ready to use. The price per night for 4 people is on the basis of 2 beds being in use. Cleaning fee assumes a 1 week stay. Requests for additional beds to be made up, and cleaning fees for longer stays can be accommodated for an extra fee. After check-in we will leave you to your own devices, but during normal office hours our friendly staff will be nearby for any tips or queries. Out of hours / weekend contact information provided. Penny Lane needs no introduction for Fab 4 fans. Wave at day trippers on a magical mystery tour to here, there, and everywhere while walking in Greenbank and Sefton parks. Then sample the pubs and independent eateries on Allerton and Smithdown roads. Conveniently positioned for the airport, train stations, universities and of course the city centre itself, Penny Lane is a short walk to a multitude of bus routes and strolls through the parks. Equidistant from both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool South Parkway, the apartment is also a 15min walk to the local train station of Mossley Hill. There is plenty of free on-street parking, and there is a City Bike station nearby. Anfield and Goodison are both c20min drive (although allow at least an hour on match days). We are passionate about supporting local businesses, from micro-breweries to independent restaurants, to artists. We love our locally-sourced artwork which is available to purchase direct from us during your stay, and you can take home the same plants and pots from an independent shop along the lane.
