Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. The new “Downtown” apartment it´s been thoroughly designed and decorated in detail in order to offer to our guests a place of comfort and relaxation. Its south-facing position makes the apartment really bright and warm and its terrace provides a wide view of the city and surroundings, as it is seen in the photos.
