this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

The state-of-the-art holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers you a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining bar, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, two bathrooms (each with a shower), a spacious living room with an expansive sofa area and two bedrooms. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning and TV sets, both bedrooms have access to the large corner terrace (balcony). Rounded off by a barbecue area and pool for common use.

There are 2 bicycles available for use and invite you to take a nice bike ride on the coast. The existing gas fireplace invites you to a cozy evening on the terrace. For the children or even adults, a Nintendo WiiU is available in bad weather.
