You live between Allinge and Sandkås with only 400 meters to one of Denmark's most beautiful coastal trails that lead to lovely beaches and lots of lovely restaurants and music. The bus stops right outside the door. In the apartment there is a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (140 cm wide when unfolded), a bedroom with 2 box mattresses (2x90 cm) as well as a toilet and bathroom. You can also see Hammershus from the house. The wooden terraces around the house allow you to find space in the sun at all times of the day. When you open the wide double doors, the terrace becomes part of the living room. The light, water, forest and hilly nature are absolutely magical on this part of Bornholm's north coast.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Some of Denmark's most beautiful scenery lies around Vang. To the north Slotslyngen to the south the old quarry with mountain biking route, climbing and swimming on the sheltered beach. The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.
