Vacation rentals with beach access in Ōmāpere

This apartment was absolutely brilliant! We only meant to stay a few night but ended up staying more! Kelly was very helpful, and the apartment was perfectly placed in Russell. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved it! Thanks Kelly.

Shelley & Graham were amazing hosts, incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local area. They made our stay in Paihia feel like home away from home, and the guest suite was more than we could have expected ! We will definitely be staying there next time we are in town !

Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. Many thanks indeed for letting me stay!

Although the weather wasn’t great, our stay was lovely. Peter and Jacqueline let us know right away that the spa was broken but that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible. They even brought us chocolates to make up for it. We were very happy to get to use it on our last morning. The view was fantastic!

One of the things that’s hard about finding a place in a new place is the sense of relative distances. We were further outside of town than we had expected, but man was it worth it. The views down to the bay were spectacular. And being from the northern hemisphere, the night sky is of particular interest. We were lucky with high pressure, so being just far enough outside of town gave us breathtaking star gazing. Jo was so helpful in making suggestions for places to see, quickly able to help us prioritize based on the way we roll, a good mix of walking and driving, a wonderful resource and real hospitality pro. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely place nestled in the hills of Russell. Little drive into the main town but nice relaxed area. Place was spacious. There are a few other rooms but not really an issue. Views are great.

The studio was spacious, airy, comfortable, and had amazing views. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and loved the cozy reading chair and hammock chair! John and Aynsley were super thoughtful and provided so many local recommendations. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate during our visit but we couldn’t think of a better place to stay in to read/watch movies/play games and watch the rain through the trees. Don’t hesitate; just book! 🙂

Leanne was a wonderful host; excellent with communication and very helpful. The accomodation has a stunning view and is beautifully kept - comfortable, clean and just right for our stay (a two-nighter). The location was excellent; close to the city which has wonderful restaurants - of note The Quay. Highly recommended.

Spectacular views. Long beach walks within a stone’s throw. Sun all day on the veranda & beautiful sunsets!

We absolutely loved this place! One of our most favourite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Not only is the location stunning, but the house is cosy, super clean and great for kids! Plus, the small details and personal touches with snacks that were provided was so lovely! Thanks again guys! See you again soon :)

Fantastic place. Very well placed for the beaches and only a short drive into Mangonui for restaurants. Very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Nice place with amazing views over the ocean. Our kids were very happy to find a couple of boday boards for surfing the waves. The room layout is not ideal for three kids of younger age. The kitchen is a little outdated but well equipped.

We had an epic stay at Douglas's as we got caught there in a cyclone! The weather was so bad that we lost power, but that didn't matter because Douglas made sure we had everything we needed. He was so kind, and made sure we knew what to do and what was available in town. I'm extremely grateful! The place was tidy and cozy, and you can't beat the location. I would recommend his place to anyone looking to explore and enjoy Russell!

This place has amazing views of the water and sand dunes. Has everything thing you need to cook meals. In a suburban street with houses close by. Lovely small towns to discover and walks to fantastic views only a short drive away. We took a drive to the forest to look at the Large Kauri pines which was fantastic.

This is the most beautiful house in the most stunning of locations. You will never get tired of the views 😍 Donna was amazing as our host and we will absolutely be returning.
