Vacation rentals with a firepit in Ommen

There were 4 of us ( 2 kids) in the beautiful forest house. It's very quiet and you think you're the only house in the middle of the forest. The house is beautifully large, stylish, mega kitchen equipment and there are plenty of toys for the kids. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Erwin & Naomi is excellent.

We had a wonderful and quiet 3 days at your place. She was extremely helpful and immediately responded to our questions. We were even greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful mini vacation in the middle of the forest. The cottage was beautiful, cozy and equipped with every comfort. Definitely recommended!

Lovely forest house in a green and quiet environment. Beautiful large garden, plenty of space to enjoy the jacuzzi, BBQ, fire basket and more. Kitchen is equipped with everything, beds very comfortable and nice that bicycles were available. We spent a lovely family weekend there.

How we enjoyed our weekend in the woods! The communication with Sophie was very nice. I had some questions about the welcome package about dietary requirements and she thought well about this. We could also buy through her wood, as we came by public transport and could not easily take it with us. Super nice that you could, the fireplace finished the cozy evenings. We also opted for a late check-out so that we could enjoy the cottage a little longer and take the cream workshop at Lotte's in the afternoon. A very nice end to the weekend! The cottage itself is located in a beautiful park among the trees. Even in winter you are surrounded with greenery and you can enjoy all the birds and squirrels in the garden. In short, a wonderful place to spend a number of days. Small tip for the train travelers: on weekends, the public transport bikes at Ommen station are very popular, so come early or bring your own bike:)

The two of us were there to recharge your batteries. The instructions and check-in procedure in advance were the most extensive and complex I have ever experienced. But admittedly, we came into the cottage with a Bluetooth key via an app and that worked quite hip. Location is fine: it is a bungalow park with cottages quite close together, but due to the many hedges and trees you really have privacy. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, perfect! The next day we fired it ourselves, which took 3 hours but that was known in advance. We enjoyed the fireplace.

Esmes Haus is truly a wonderful place! We were there for several days and felt incredibly comfortable. The pictures do not do the house justice, every detail is decorated with love and design and offers everything and much more to escape everyday life. The house leaves nothing to be desired and the communication with Esme was just great and accommodating. If you could give more than 5 stars, that would be more than appropriate. Dear Esme, Thank you for wonderful days in your accommodation, we will definitely come back!

A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

Space is as advertised: simple. Everything was clean and worked as it should. So you get really value for the money. Agnes is friendly and helpful. The sauna was very nice :)

A wonderful, quiet and natural environment. In the evening enjoy the many stars and the croaking frogs by the pond. Also enjoyed the large groups of storks that circled up from low above the property on thermals. For me also a nice base for walks (including hiking route Sallandse landgeden) and for paddle boarding on the stream de Regge, with its many kingfishers. Had a wonderful time.

Beautiful, small accommodation. There are many opportunities to occupy themselves on site, especially for children. Very good communication with the hostess.

What a paradise! Nice, spacious cottage with all the essentials. Spacious garden by the river. Very quiet and idyllic. The wood-fired sauna combined with a swim in the Vecht was fantastic. Padded to the village in 20 min by canoe and the other way between the fields. Nothing noticed from the other cottages on the property. Across the street is a beautiful house at a very spacious distance, but that doesn't detract from the feeling of being completely alone. Absolutely recommended and we would love to come back!

Nice cottage on a very cozy campsite: perfect if you don't want to/can't bring all camping gear, but still want to experience the camping feeling. Very suitable for children as well(-: (Nice sand playground!)

We had a lovely long weekend in the Vechthuisje. The cottage is comfortable, cozy homey and we were away from the effective, thoughtful minimalist decor. The view of the Vecht is priceless, and the kitchen, both seating areas and the terrace offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy in all kinds of ways. Furthermore, the area is incredibly beautiful and quiet - with many opportunities for excursions nearby. We'd love to come back + highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage! The house is not only very cozily furnished, but also wonderfully spacious – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the huge garden with the great fireplace – a real highlight for cozy evenings under the open air. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and immediately invite you to feel good. All in all a very welcoming place that we can absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

Really nice little hut on a farm, very cozy, we will definately come back. Further we forgot to order linnen for sleeping but hosts savede us in very good manner.
