Newly renovated two story apartment in a 1860’s Victorian house in the Catskills hamlet of Bloomville. Airy, bright, private. Two bedrooms with handmade queen-size beds, two full bathrooms with free-standing claw-foot tub’s, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, comfy living room, windows on all sides. Large backyard, close to hikes, swimming, farms, local shops, and fully air-conditioned.
“We had a nice 5 day stay at the attic, which is lovely and cozy (but was also cool enough for us in mid-August). We were very comfortable. The records were a great touch, the bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and breathable. The house is older with a rustic charm. Bloomville the town doesn’t have a whole lot going on, so be prepared to drive a ways for restaurants, though we found a cute cafe in Delhi. Also any longer drive was worth it for the scenic views! Good hiking in the area and a great running trail nearby. Plenty of farm stands all over the area for fresh food, which was great! All in all, glad we booked here and had a relaxing stay in this lovely home.”
The Catskills are calling !!! It's time to take a step back and relax without being totally out of touch. You have the whole house to enjoy & as a bonus you can visit our family dairy farm. Imagine how cool it would be to hug a cow or bottle feed a baby calf! Get in touch with nature while you stroll around. Stargazing is a must do when you visit. We have coolers so you can take FARM FRESH PORK, BEEF AND EGGS home !!!!!
“Dan’s house was a great place to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed and the scenery was superb. Roasting marshmallows at the campfire, stargazing and seeing the cows were major highlights for us. My kids’ favorite activity was spending time with the cat. She was super friendly and chill. We highly recommend going to the restaurant Catskill Momos and blueberry picking at Windy Knob. We look forward to going back! Thank you, Dan!”

“Richard’s property is beautiful and peaceful. The cabin and camp set up is perfect for two people looking for a stay in the woods with the added comfort of an indoors escape. We cooked all our meals over the campfire and spent most of our time outside, yet when it rained after dinner we were cozy under a solid roof. Bring all your necessities, the same as if camping. The cabin has a small collection of cookware and utensils but I recommend bringing what you need if you’re particular. My boyfriend, dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and plan to return!”
