Living in a modern houseboat near the Nieuwmarkt - sunny, bright, private whole boat in the very centre of Amsterdam! Bedroom with large bath, seperate bathroom, seperate toilet. Possibility for airmattress in livingroom, then could sleep upto four. Kitchen, washer-dryer, outside deck, fast wifi. Very central, in the heart of Amsterdam. 10 minute walk from Central Station, walking distance to Rembrandthouse, Niewmarkt (New Market), Waterlooplein (Waterloo square). Central and quiet.

Captain's House

Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

A wonderful light and spacious penthouse apartment right in the middle of the city centre with a balcony on a canal ,with elevator,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all amenities for a perfect stay. especially suitable for families.This apartment is located in a residential building and smoking inside is not allowed. please take a look at our reviews! due to government regulations reservations for more than 4 guests are only allowed for families!

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
