Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Općina Župa Dubrovačka

Perfect location and excellent hosts. We felt like family during our stay. 2 minute walk from the gate entry to old town. The less busy gate and a 5 minute walk to the best beach in town. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was very comfortable for a group of 6 and located in a beautiful location very close to the old town . We relaxed in the hot tub too on the day when we walked up the city walls ! Was a Spa like experience ..the bathrooms were clean with good toiletries . The kitchen & the living room was the place where my family spent the most memorable times sipping wines and eating home cooked meals at night . The sea view was mesmerising. Had a fantastic experience & felt home away from home . Thank you so much .

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

This apartment is a little gem! Beautifully decorated with a perfect private outside space. Getting there and checking in was easy. Highly recommended.

Vesela was the most welcoming host, meeting me at the property and showing me around. The space is beautiful with high quality furnishings and equipment set in a beautiful location with an amazing view. The house had everything you needed and Vesela even filled the fridge with some supplies to keep you going for days. All the areas of the house were well thought out and extremely enjoyable. The pool was very refreshing on hot days. Beautiful trails in the forest and you can even walk to the local village of Cilipi where there is a museum, church, traditional dancing on a Sunday, shop, cafes and some restaurants (but do check the opening times) Highly recommend this first class accommodation and will definitely be one I would return to. Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

The location of this property was beautiful. Lovely to wake to the stunning view of the river and we especially enjoyed jumping in for a quick dip. The outdoor area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub! There are small supermarkets nearby plus a couple of bakeries which were great value for money and delicious. Dubrovnik old town is about a 20/25 minute drive away. We used a combination of both uber and buses to travel in. Katrina is a very helpful, friendly host and very responsive to messages. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Roko’s place was immaculate. We loved every part of our stay in Dubrovnik and his Airbnb was the best that I have ever stayed at in Europe. The house is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the city. The house was spacious and fit 10 of us very comfortably. Roko and his father were very kind and gave us a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hedra V. It was a fabulous space for the 6 people in our party and we had everything we needed. As a party of 3 couples, we really appreciated each having our own en-suites. The location just outside the old city wall was exceptional and the view from the balcony stunning. A short 5 minute walk and we were within the old city with all its splendour and beauty and some excellent restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. The villa has a delightful patio area, but it would have been great to have had 6 sun loungers. While not directly related to our accommodation, a highlight of our trip was a sunset cruise from the old harbour.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Clean and fresh with a good pool area and very comfy beds. Rina was a lovely host who made us very welcome. The house is high above Dubrovnik old town and just beside the main road to the airport. Steep walks to amenities and tourist attractions and also steps down and up to pool and a steep internal stair.

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

Our group of six had a great stay at Sandra’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the beautiful views from every room in the home. It was also very easy to get to the Old City and to lots of restaurants from the home.

WOW! Fantastic holiday for our family (six adults and two children)! Villa Joe has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want in a holiday and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Bedrooms and en-suites were all spotless including all the cot bedding making it a home from home! The main attribute to this stay was Amila.. she was responsive to all queries and provided everything from welcome cakes and wine, facilities for my baby ( cot,high chair and bath!), advice on restaurants and goodbye gifts. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome! Tips - villa really is walking distance from the airport taking us only 15 minutes to walk with three cases and two children! With this said planes takeoff in opposite direction so no noise! Ubers into local cavtat 10ish EURO and 25ish EURO to Dubrovnik.. both worth a visit! Is a lovely local restaurant in walking distance (domestico) and small shop.. we did a bigger shop via Uber no problem too! We shall be back!
