An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can cycle, go on mountain hikes right out of the farm, rustle in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Please bring your own. Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. It's the sun from early morning to late night The cabin has Rallarvegen and magically Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset to the east, and Hardanger to the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and trails in the area
