The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Cosy Cottage in the mountains

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The Campus Alps ist ein einzigartiger Ort sowohl für Privatpersonen als auch für Firmen, selbstorganisierte Events, Führungskräfte-Offsites und Workations in den österreichischen Alpen. Auf 18.000 m² hast du Platz für dein Team oder dich ganz privat: zum Arbeiten, Aktiv sein und Genießen, drinnen und im Freien. Das Clubhaus ermöglicht gemeinsames Arbeiten, Essen und Entspannen inmitten von natürlichem Licht und Natur und die Tiny Homes bieten Stille, Privatsphäre und erholsamen Schlaf.

Sleeps 3 adults and 2 children. A large garden with a trampoline, a forest garden, and a stream with a small waterfall invite you to explore. The woods begin right at the doorstep, with hiking trails and an indoor climbing hall just a short drive away. A simple home – no luxury – but a peaceful retreat for nature lovers of all ages, perfect for outdoor play, slow mornings, and quiet evenings. Two friendly cats live on the property and may stop by to say hello.

Green splendor idyll in a secluded location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Lunz am See apartment with a view

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

Your alpine chalet called: "The American"

A house like a gem ... Plenty of space for you and your loved ones surrounded by nature with farsighted almonds! In 4 km : Cozy skiing on the corn zinc In 15km : The diverse ski resort Ötscher In 25 km : The sublime Hochkar ski area Drinking water is provided. Access via gravel forest road. In the winter months, all-wheel drive or chains are required for safety. The path is cleared every day as needed.

Local suppliers with all-round shopping also outside opening hours only 2 km away! Parking space for campers in the driveway possible. Large fenced garden (1300 m²) with the possibility to barbecue or light a campfire :)
