This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free street parking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

The Underground Cabin - Legal and licensed

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

Charming Character 1940's Home

This beautiful old home has been updated to keep with the old charm, with some unique architecture and antique heirloom furniture. One queen bedroom on the main floor makes it acessible for elderly guests. The 2nd bed is a comfortable double hide-a-bed in the livingroom. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils & spices to prepare a meal and your own dishwasher & washer/dryer. Fenced back yard for pets to run around in. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

Pink, penthouse pied-à-terre w/ private deck

The Pink Pied-à-terre has a unique style with modern furniture juxtaposed against traditional architectural elements. This second story pied-à-terre is drenched in marble and gold from the kitchen to the bathroom. There is a spacious second story deck off the kitchen. It is very secluded, complete with a fire table to cozy up to. The Pied-à-terre is centrally located, it’s a few blocks from downtown and the river and one block from 20th street where all the hip restaurants are.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful and centrally located suite. If you’re looking for a quiet space all to yourself, then welcome home! While we’re just upstairs, you’ll hardly notice us. You’ll enjoy a private entrance, new furniture from EQ3, a full kitchen, a private 4-piece bath, and your own washer and dryer (if you need it). Tucked just off Broadway Ave, we’re situated close enough to all the action but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

Kick back for a movie night, or come and go as you wish. This space has everything to make it a relaxing evening in, or a place to hang your hat while you head into Saskatoon for concerts, weddings, or any other events and adventures. If you so happen to be staying for Sasktel centre events, the benefits of choosing a place north of the city is, no traffic! You won’t be caught in the traffic line ups going to the Sasktel centre or leaving.

Suite in Saskatoon

Walkout basement suite hosted by Kevin and Wendy. This suite is minutes away from the downtown core, airport and 2 hospitals also steps away from beautiful Meewasin trail and the river. The suite offers king size bed along with a bedroom tv. There is a small kitchenette that includes a small fridge, induction hotplate, Nespresso machine and a microwave. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
