*Non smoking*. Our studio duplex unit in a quiet neighborhood within 5 minutes drive to all groceries, restaurants and extraction in town . 7 min drive to Chevron expansion and Dow plant. Washroom in back building that shared with next door unit . -Dog under 20lbs permitted. $50 fee additional for 2nd dog ( not set up on Airbnb ) . 2nd Fee are separate from booking and must pay cash before check in addition fee for violation to house rules .

A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

This space is a 400 square foot free-standing studio apartment behind a 2 bedroom house. Full size bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. Toaster, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and Kurig coffee pot in unit. I’ve also included a hot plate and pots/pans for minimal cooking. Brand new, very quiet wall A/C. Blackout curtains, clean and fresh. Wall-mounted TV with Amazon Firestick and fast Wifi.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay while working out of town. This unit is on a private lot, conveniently located near everything in town. There’s only one other RV on the private lot. Brand new king bed. 2 TVS. Fast WIFI! Landlord provides all RV maintenance services and lawn etc. P.S. This is a newly listed unit but check out all of my Superhost reviews on other listings :)
