Monthly Rentals in Orange Lake

Kate’s home located on a beautiful farm was the perfect, peaceful retreat for our ladies retreat weekend! We enjoyed waking to birdsong each morning and relaxing on the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook some meals there, as well. There was plenty to do, with a variety of books, puzzles, and TV available to enjoy and relax with, and plenty of farm animals that captured our attention. Check in and check out were very simple and easy, so we could begin enjoying the weekend as quickly as possible. We all agreed we would happily return to this Airbnb for our next retreat!

We had a great stay here! Beds were comfy, the shower was bigger than it appeared in the picture which I definitely appreciated, and they don’t use cheap single ply toilet paper! (underrated feature) I also loved that there was a dollar general close by in case we needed to pick up anything last minute. I don’t have any bad things to say about our stay!

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Great place. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. Nice patio area to sit in the sun. Great communication with the host, responsive, flexible.
