On the lower floor there is a large assembly hall and a fully equipped large kitchen with capacity for 70-80 guests. Adapted for disabled people on the lower floor. On the upper floor there are 8 guest rooms. Most are double rooms with a simpler standard but with a very high comfort factor. Toilets and shower rooms are in the corridor.

The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.

In areas there are fish water, Usual environment - Smedja, Manor houses. Elk safari, beaver safari ,bike paths. Forests with mushrooms and berries, nice luck thresher. Sandviks badet i Långsvan is 10 min walking distance from Bråten. It's a public bathing area. There is a nice sandy beach with floating jetties , ground for sunbathing. Changing rooms, toilets and barbecue area. Children's playground and benches around.
