Here, you live in a harmonious and well-thought-out environment with generous spaces for both relaxation and socializing. The house is about 230 m² and can accommodate 6–10 people, perfect for families, friends or larger groups! Generous spaces both indoors and outdoors. Heated pool, relaxing hot tub, glass-enclosed sunroom and large covered patio. The location is quiet and rural, close to both beautiful nature and the pulse of the big city!

Attic apartment with pool in Örebro

Fresh attic apartment in the west of Örebro. 4 minutes by car from the E18. Quiet residential area. Private entrance, private patio, free parking. The apartment is about 30 sqm with slanted ceilings. Kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs with 2 beds 105 cm, air conditioning, sofa, TV with Chromecast, Wi-Fi, small dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge and freezer. Coffee maker, electric kettle and kitchen equipment. Bed linens and towels are included. Open pool between May 15 and September 15.

Villa Östervik

Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road to Karlstad. Large social areas both inside (250 m2) and large terrace (200 m2) The house has three floors Level 1: hall, living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen Level 2: office/work area, and three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The basement has a laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with a large table with room for 8 people. Large south-facing terrace with pool, Jacuzzi with sauna and shower and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue overlooking Lake Vänern.

The staff residence at Storön Gården

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

The accommodation includes a private sauna, pool, fireplace, gas grill and plenty of space. In the large house there are 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, washer/dryer, 5G Wi-Fi. + 2 detached guest houses with double beds. Close to hiking trails, 15 minutes to Nora, 45 minutes to Örebro. Here you will find relaxation all year round, no matter what you are looking for.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Studio 1-4 persons with pool and sauna

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Hargebaden - 100 m to the water (Apartment + cottage)

Welcome to a cozy cottage located only 100 meters from Lake Vättern – perfect if you want to enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful nature and proximity to water. Here you live on a shared plot with the larger residential house, but have full access to the entire large garden – perfect for relaxing, barbecue evenings or playing for the kids. IMPORTANT: Bedroom 2 is in another cabin without a toilet. Cabin 2 is included when there are more than 2 people.

Work out, take a swim, get warm in the sauna

Room with your own entrance, sauna and bathroom. Kingsbed with memoryfoam mattress and extra single bed with lower standard available (only for kids). Access to free parking, minibar, gym and wifi. The pool is open and heated June-August. Pool and gym are shared with us living in the house. 2 minutes walk to busstop with close connections to Örebro City and Marieberg Shopping Centre. Walking distance to pizzeria and the Golf Club.
