Oceanfront Nye Beach Retreat Newport Oregon

Brew coffee in a kitchen with vivid granite surfaces and step out onto the balcony to bring in the morning with gorgeous beachfront views. It’s all within reach at this cozy retreat featuring wood floors, a warm fireplace, and nautical-themed decor. This unit has a queen bed. All bedding is provided. There are two full bathrooms. One has a small tub/shower and the other has a walk in shower. The kitchen has every dish you will need to stay in or go out. The choice is yours! The beach is right off the back deck, there are stairs that lead you down to the beach. You are able to have campfires on the beach, however you will need to bring your own wood or collect drift wood to make the fire. There are full time residents in this condo unit. Please be respectful of the people below you. No parties or children please. This is my second home, please be respectful as if it were your own home. You have full access to the swimming pool (during summer season *pool closes October 15th for the winter*). You also have access to the beach via private stairs only for owners and guests of owners. Laundry rooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floor and take quarters. I'm here to support all of my guests. Just send messages through the Airbnb app once you check in and I'll answer as promptly as possible. Otherwise, I'll leave you alone to fall in love with Nye Beach. The apartment is set on the scenic shores of Nye Beach in the city of Newport, OR. Seafood restaurants, cafes, and shops along NW Coast Street are a short walk away. After a day exploring the beach, check out the Newport Visual Arts Center. Within walking distance to some great restaurants and a quick drive up to the lighthouse, bay front (located across the highway on Yaquina bay a 5 min drive) or state parks. You will LOVE it here. There is a bike shop called Bike Newport on 6th Ave that is open on Saturdays if you want to rent a bike. I highly reccomended biking to the bay front if you can. You can surf too! The surf shop on Hwy 101 Ossies has great people and lessons for anyone. If you want to take a boat out to see the whales, go fishing or go crabbing, just hit the bay front and there are a few different boat companies. Please note all guests when reserving so that I can make the onsite manager aware who is staying so that you have full access to the private beach access and pool. No pets allowed. Absolutely NO smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping on the entire premise. There is a site manager and he will enforce if he sees a violation. You will be asked to leave without refunds. This unit is on the second floor and there is no access with a elevator. Please make note of this- there are only stairs. The people below this unit live here year round, please be sensitive by reducing unnecessary noise.

'Finders Keepers' is what we call this amazing top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed and a queen size Murphy bed, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the sliding glass door. If the weather is stormy, stay inside on the recliner and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite.
