This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Come and enjoy the loft on the edge of beautiful Lac Memphrémagog. From the loft and its balcony, you will have a superb view of the lake and the marina. This condo is a warm place where you can feel at home and where you will have access to several amenities on the site itself (indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor bbq, volleyball/pétanque court, sun loungers, etc.), but you will be mostly walking distance to the charming downtown Magog.

There is 2 hot tubs available all year from 9:00 to 22:00 and a heated salted pool from June 1st to September 15th.
