Vacation rentals with a patio in Oria

We had a lovely week at our place in Monopoli, everything worked flawlessly. Fabrizio was very helpful with tips on car rental, travel tips in Puglia and what to do in Monopoli.

I confirm all positive reviews against Marcello who is an exceptionally kind host. Warm and welcoming he gave us valuable tips for our visits, such as taking the train to visit Bari. In short, we had a wonderful week and hope to return to ostuni soon.

We stayed 3 nights at the beautiful place. Francesco greeted us personally and showed us everything. There was a bottle of wine and water on arrival. The property is really right on the beach, very stylishly furnished and also offers a large roof terrace for guests. We had a lot of fun with the kayaks that were at our disposal. Optionally, it is possible to book a massage. We would definitely recommend the place! Thank you 🤩

Claudia was an absolute fantastic host! She was beyond helpful/ responsive and gave many great recommendations. We would 1000% stay again, and we will be recommending her spot to our friends and family!!!

We stayed 3 nights at Ferderica's aparment in the late October. Apartament is comfortable, has all basic appliances and nice tarrace. Federica and her parents (Molto Grazie) were always available in case of questions and very helpful when small problems appeared.

I recommend 100% the accommodation offered by Erasmina. She is a welcoming and attentive host, Erasmina was available from start to finish of our stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful. I just advise not to drive there (Erasmina will give you all the necessary information). Don't hesitate, choose this place:)

Beautiful newly renovated house in the countryside with beautiful surroundings not far from Ottanto, absolute tranquility, everything very clean and very relaxing.

We LOVED this stay! Host was incredibly helpful with instructions. Perfect location and not a far walk from parking options in the area. Beautiful views and gorgeous terrace upstairs to enjoy the views even more! Super clean, nice to have a full kitchen, and the inside is just so pretty! Also, really close to great options for food, coffee, etc. and right across the pathway from a 24/7 self-serve. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

The stay at Luciano's apartment was wonderful! Apart from the fact that the location is excellent and the amenities are truly luxurious (the jacuzzi is great!), Luciano was an attentive and charming host, who did not hesitate to offer us advice, focaccia, and even gave us a wine from his cellar. I would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, beautiful bathroom. 5 min to the beach. Very good air conditioning that automatically turns off when you open the door to the outside . Overall, I highly recommend it. The only note may be that I didn't know before check-in that there was only one window in one bedroom that overlooks the cage-that was a slight downside.

What a fantastic place so close to the beautiful town and beach and the terrace was perfect so quiet and private. Amazing shower and comfy bed, perfect! We ate out every night and all amazing. We parked at top of the hill on white spaces which are free. We’d love to come back!

The stay at Roberta's property was impeccable, every aspect of the structure is thought out in every detail. The hospitality and staff are definitely one of the highlights. The spaces are spacious and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. We loved this flat from the time of our arrival. Very very clean, tasteful, unique decoration, kindness from the host. There is a top floor big terraces with a separate kitchen what is a great thought! The place was perfect for the 3 of us with a 7 year old son. This is a ver central flat but still on a small street so no loud noise of the tourista are coming in. I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back. Thank you again Ludovica! 💛

Ludovica’s home in Ostuni is a true hidden gem — it feels like stepping into a piece of history. She kindly greeted us after our long flight with recommendations for a delicious pizza dinner and a welcome basket of local food. The rooftop was our favorite part, with a view of the sea and historical Ostuni. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Puglia. Parking locally on the street was very easy, if you’re looking to rent a car.

We were guests of Maria Teresa, we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is a real "gem" and the hospitality is excellent, the host always considerate towards us giving us excellent advice on the area. We had a problem with the car and she helped us solve it. Too bad the weather was a little bad. We will gladly come back. Heartfelt thanks and hugs.

As described, very clean accommodation in a beautiful environment, close to several sites to visit, Anna Mina is very welcoming and also makes the effort to speak French. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike.
