My family was comfortable staying at Allan's airbnb. Allan is responsive to our queries. It's good value versus other high cost airbnb places in the area.

The place is very conducive to relax after a long drive - hassle free check-in, all areas are air-conditioned and clean. Accesible to stores, gas station due to its location near the highway. What we like most is the serenity of the Altierra. We definitely enjoy morning walks around the area. Moreover, the host is very responsive and accomodating to our inquiries. Thanks George! It was our first time in bataan and mostly there are no hotels near the port and I found this listing which was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms with ac, a kitchen where we can cook freely, and an outdoor seating to cool down the night. Feels like home because it was almost complete (except groceries) which was very convenient for us with a baby. The parking was perfect also for our car.

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to locate. The hosts are nice and friendly. The house and amenities are good. Both adults & kids enjoyed the place. There are very minor things that can be improved but are not deal breakers for us to rate the listing anything below perfect. We’ve already recommended the place to our relatives and we look forward to booking the place again.

It was a good stay for 3 days 2 nights overall. Tho there are a little mishaps, the owner and caretaker are very responsive and tried to accommodate our requests and fixed the issues.

This place is amazing and ideal for family or group getaways! It offers the perfect mix of privacy, relaxation, and space for small gatherings. The rooms are SPACIOUS—two of my kids stayed with my husband and me in one of the rooms, and we still had plenty of space to spread out. There’s a convenient sari-sari store right in front of the property, so if you need anything, it's super easy to grab. A great win-win for guests and local businesses! The pool with its waterfall feature was a hit with my kids—they couldn't get enough of it! We’re excited to see the host become a Superhost because everything was top-notch, and the whole staff was incredibly friendly. We definitely look forward to returning!

As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️

During our one-night stay, the place exuded a charming provincial vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and it felt like a luxurious hotel experience with complimentary toiletries and pristine white bath towels. Gina, the caretaker, was incredibly accommodating and attentive. We had a great time and we will surely recommend this place to our friends and family. Marylen is a great host. She is very responsive to all of my queries. We really had a wonderful stay at her home. It has everything we need. It’s like having a vacation at your own home with a really great view of mountains and the sea and the pool was also splendid. It has complete amenities from towels to tissue, bath soap etc etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom are sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious. This property has a lot of ikea products so it is a guarantee that this airbnb was meticulously planned for the guests to have a pleasant stay.

beautiful place for a peaceful and quiet getaway

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights to prepare for the Spartan Race at KDR Adventure Camp. The property is just 8 minutes away from KDR. While there is no Wi-Fi, the mobile data signal is strong in the area. The property is also conveniently located near restaurants, a grocery store, and 7/11. Plus, the host, Sir Jaazriel, is very warm and responsive.

I really like the place, nag enjoy kaming family, ang bait din ni ate mayomi and her husband, first time namin gumamit ng airbnb and good experience naman, wala akong marereklamo, sulit ung bayad, thanks ate mayomi and sir alex!
